How It Works

Boulder Bootcamps is a group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn fat and build strength within 30-45 minutes. Our program reflects the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) system which has become widely known as the most effective way to improve one's strength and cardiovascular fitness. 

The best part about these workouts is they are infinitely scalable and personalized. No matter what level you are, our professionally trained coaches can modify your workout based on your goals and limits. We understand that no two athletes are the same, and although we will challenge you, we want you to make improvement at your own desired pace.  

Lastly, our workouts are done in a dynamic group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of working with a certified personal trainer affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions!


Our bootcamps are currently 3 days per week with each session lasting between 30-45 minutes per workout.

For those who aren't necessarily interested in CrossFit but still want to have an effective workout regimen, Boulder Bootcamps is for you! It's a program that doesn't require any CrossFit experience but still is effective enough to give you quick results. We GUARANTEE you will notice a huge change within a month of our bootcamps!
